If you have not pre- purchased your required 2023 Maxxis ESC Number Plate, you can pick one at the registration tents. The cost is $10 (cash only) and are to be used for the entire 2023 race season. The high quality Box race plate retails for $20.

The NEUTRAL PIT AREA is the SASKADENA SIX Parking lot only, no outside assistance allowed elsewhere including the transfers, feed tent and race segments. No stashing of anything allowed on course. Registered racers can always assist each other however.
SHUTTLING – is allowed to and from the Mount Peg BASE area on Saturday only. There will be a specific lot to park in. Shuttling on Mount Peg is not allowed at any time! and If you are seen/reported/caught/whatever shuttling on Sunday/Raceday, you will be assessed a time penalty or a DQ. Trust us you will not be on the podium if you try, so don’t.
TRANSFERS- Please always ride single file in groups of 5 or less and in the direction of traffic, obey all traffic laws, and be courteous to all other road users. Riders should treat the Village Green like a Roundabout: merge into traffic on the outside lane and then change to the inside lane to go around the green and move back to the outside lane to exit from the Green onto adjacent roads. Please use the designated route only to and from S6 and Mt. Peg

Kate’s Kids Class and Kates Enduro Lite Class – Will compete on sections 4-5-4-5 in that order. Racers in this class will not transfer to Mount Peg. Our Staff will conduct a course ride-along on Saturday at 11:00am. Meet at the Registration Tents. The above may be adjusted, so please check with us at Registration. No parents may ride with or run behind their children unless they are registered racers. This Class will have a guide and racers must stay with the guide and the group.

Youth 14U – Will compete on sections 1-3-4-5 in that order. This Class will have a guide and racers must stay with the guide and the group.

Motorex E Bike Class – The Motorex Ebike Class will compete on all stages..

ONLY Motorex Ebike Class Racers may use E bikes from 8 am Saturday to the events end Sunday on the trails. Motorex Ebike Racers will be identified by their yellow ESC race plates

SASKADENA 6 to Mt. Peg Transfer

The Village police WILL provide traffic control at a couple of the intersections. We will have an Officer at Pomfret Road and Route 12 in the morning for the transfer to Mt. Peg and we will have an Officer at River Street and Route 12.

WAIVERS
All racers must sign a MAXXIS ESC and a venue waiver before practicing or registering at all events. Racers under 18 must have a parent sign their waiver or supply a notarized parental signed copy. Pre-registered Races do not need to sign a waiver or have it notarized for those under 18.

ALL RACERS
We will NOT have printed maps for this event as the course is easy to follow, so if you want one please print it. Please review the 2023 MAXXIS ESC Enduro rules on our website, there have been some changes, so it would be best to read everything.

Racers must be present when their class is called up to activate their chips. Do not start the race without doing so or you will not get your racing times and be DQ’d.
We will announce the starting order at the Racers Meeting.

NUMBER PLATES – All racers must always have a 2023 Maxxis ESC Number plate attached to their bike while riding on the race tracks after 9am Saturday until event end on Sunday afternoon. If you have not paid for your 2023 Maxxis ESC number plate or registration, please note it is CASH only

ROLLING AWARDS
This means you can pick up your medals and any prizing immediately after the results have been posted and the 15 minute “Protest Period” have passed. We will have the podium and backdrops set up for podium pictures. We will host a quick awards ceremony after both events have ended for all Pro Racers, the FTD Stage and the Fox Climbers Challenge.

The one neutral area is the base area of SASKADENA SIX only.

No outside assistance allowed anywhere other than the neutral area including the
4 mile transfer to and from Mount Peg

Racers may assist each other however

Carry your own hydration and remember no stashing of anything

We hate rules as much as you do but to be able to have an event at Woodstcok we must enforce the following event specific rules or the offending racer will be disqualified:

Please drive slowly through neighborhood while visiting, we do not want to upset the neighbors and please visit the local restaurants and let them know you are there because of the enduro race.

$100 TIMING CHIPS – We will be using our SIAC Fly By timing system for this event. Please note if you do not return the SIAC Timing Chip you will owe us $100. Yes they cost that much. Other enduro series require the racers to use their own or rent them plus a deposit. We trust our racers until proven otherwise so please make sure to return the chip if you decide to leave early.

Please Note: GPS units on bars or stem may interfere with the SIAC Timing Chip so it’s best not to use one

FLAT TIRE DEFENDER Super Stage. This competition awards the fastest amateur male and amateur female one FLAT TIRE DEFENDER INSERT and the fastest in every class an FTD backpack with an FTD discount card inside, it will be contested on STAGE Please note the winners will be announced and prizes awarded after the last racer has finished. Racers must be present to win awards

Back again this season is the INTENSE BIKES PODIUM PAYBACK Program that pays cash or certificates to racers that have raced with an Intense bike and have registered with Intense here: https://intensecycles.com/pages/podium-payback-program

We will be offering our 2023 Maxxis ESC Socks, Pint Glasses and T Shirts at our registration tents, please remember its cash only.

ONSITE FOOD AND BEVERAGES:
EPIC FOOD Truck will be at SASKADENA 6 Saturday and Sunday! – Same truck that was at Arrowhead and it was GREAT!!

Breakfast sandwiches are available at the Teago General Store across the street from S6 will be open Saturday 8-12noon

Camping – Please note: There is no camping Thursday Night at Saskadena Six Ski Area. We apologize for this late news, the camping is permitted for Friday and Saturday nights Only. All proceeds go to WAMBA, the trail builders for this event. Venmo is best or cash at check-in. Check-in will be from 3-7pm on Friday and Saturday. The fee is $40 per vehicle for the weekend. The same fee applies for a single-night stay. Check-in on Friday no earlier than 3pm. Check out on Sunday by 7pm. No staying until Monday. RVs/Campers in the south parking lot, tents and car camping in the upper field. Please wait for a parking attendant to check you in for your camping area. No hook ups. Porta potties and water from outdoor spigot As a condition to our permit, quiet hours are from 8pm to 7am. Cash and Venmo will be accepted during check-in or you can pre-pay via Venmo.
