Each race registration includes a Saturday and Sunday Lift Pass. Friday passes can be purchased from Mount Snow.

Since we opened our lifts to mountain biking decades ago, Mount Snow has been putting smiles on dirt-covered faces every summer. Our terrain and trail system are rooted deep in the heritage of Downhill Mountain biking.
In the past few years we have been progressively integrating features like berms, ladders, man-made surfaces, and dirt jumps into Mount Snow’s trail system; staying ahead of what has become expected of the new age bike park. Mount Snow is home to Gateway, one of the longest introductory downhill trails in the East. Anyone who is already comfortable on a mountain bike now has the opportunity to let gravity do the work without having to be an expert.
Scott Huntley Memorial Lap – Saturday
Honor Scott’s memory with a downhill memorial lap.
Meet at the top of the DH course at 3:50pm. We’ll start our descent together at 4:01pm. After the lap, let’s gather at the ESC tents to share stories and remember Scott.

Each race registration includes a Saturday and Sunday Lift Pass.
- Racers Must start with their class and at the assigned time. This will be enforced as we will present medals and awards right after the last racer in each class finishes.
- Final Class Results will be posted 5 minutes after the last racer finishes in each class. If a racer misses their class starting times, they will not get a finishing position or series points and will receive a DNS
- We will award medals and prizes at our tents 15 minutes after the Class Results have been posted.
- No Reruns unless the course is closed during your race run.

- Online Registration closes on the Wednesday before the Event at 11:59pm
Early Bird Discounted race fees until 2 weeks before the event
Regular race fees until Wednesday midnight before the event are $10 more than the early Bird race fees
Onsite race fees are $10 more than Regular Race Fees
MAXXIS ESC RACE REGISTRATION REFUND POLICY
- Refunds are available less a $20 handling fee until 14 days before the event.
- Race entries cannot be transferred to a different event
- Race entries can be transferred to another person for a $20 handling fee until 7 Days Before the event

Pre – registered racers will only have to fill out a venue waiver at the event
All racers must sign a MAXXIS ESC and a venue waiver before practicing or registering at all events. Racers under 18 must have a parent sign their waiver or supply a notarized parental signed copy.
CAMPING – $30/weekend or single day – porta-Potties available. Camping is permitted in designated lots only.
Mount Snow Camping Policy
• Camping is only permitted in designated lots. Camping will be permitted for the Eastern States Cup Intense Downhill event from Friday, August 9 – Sunday, August 11 only. All campers must leave the premises by Sunday evening.
• Porta-Potties will be available in the designated camping areas. The Main Base lodge restrooms will also be available during resort operating hours from 10 a.m. –5:00 p.m. from Friday—Sunday.
• Use provided dumpster(s) to dispose of trash.
• All dogs must be on a leash at all times. For the safety of our guests and dogs, dogs are not allowed on lifts or bike trails.
• Campground quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
Please be respectful of your neighbors.
• Gas generators are not permitted.
• Solar-powered generators are permitted.
• Campfires are not permitted.
• Camp stoves, grills, and cookers are welcome.
• Fireworks are not permitted.
• Campers cannot pump out holding tanks at Mount Snow.
• No water provided.
• Failure to follow the rules may result in being asked to leave.
INTENSE DOWNHILL INFORMATION
No Points will carry over to a new class when a racer upgrades or downgrades their class.

NO Racing License Required
MAXXIS ESC Number Plates:
Racers must display their 2024 MAXXIS ESC number plate while practicing or racing on the course. Only racers with a valid and registered 2023 MAXXIS ESC number plate are permitted on the course. These number plates can be purchased at each race for $10 and are valid for the entire season. Any modifications to the plate will result in disqualification, and the lettering and logos must remain completely intact, with no cuts allowed.
WAIVERS
All racers must sign a MAXXIS ESC and a venue waiver prior to practicing or registering at all events. Racers under 18 must have a parent sign their waiver or supply a notarized parental signed copy. No other methods are allowed.
